At Linos with Hugo

So we're on our way to Aristaios, where Jan Jan should be right about now.

Linos was real fun. :) We sung a lot. My voice is a bit hoarse from all the singing. We also spent a lot of time with poetry, around the camp fire. I love that most of all about Apollo. :) poetry. Hugo is especially good at that. Oh yeah, the three of us stayed with Hugo this time. He stays with his dad and older brother (since he's half-Artemisian).

The three of us also helped out with cleaning Linos. It's a community thing, spring cleaning. Great fun (but real tiring). bluueeee sky, huh? (a look a wee bit too happy here?)

 

We also went to Philonis, the lake. It's actually in the border of Philammon and Linos, but it's more on Philammon. It was a bit far from where Hugo's house was, so we did a lot of walking. And we met a nymph (since Alvin and Cain wanted to see one). Hugo says that the nymph he introduced to as was his "girlfriend"... but I bet they haven't even conversed. Nymphs are flirtatious, but strangely shy... specially to foreigners.

 

This one took a liking to Cain, though. Nymphs sure are picky... and they pick the most curious ones too. I guess there's not much to see in their lakes? But it was cute to see her attached to Cain. Haha, so obviously flirting with him. But I don't think she liked my camera too much. Still, cute expression. :-)

And before we left for Aristaios.... I took a picture of the four of us! As promised! Weee~ I kept a promise. (I looks very at peace here, though... And Alvin seems... weird. Haha!)

Northeast Philammon

Moving along, we've been spending the last few nights at Philammon with Alfie's family. We've also been attending their musical activities and been going to the temple. I've had a few snaps here and there... I don't know about Cain and what he's got so far, though. Here are some pictures. :-)

This is a picture of Alfie with a Lute. I wanted to take a picture of the four of us together, but we ran out of...films. :? This is a good photo of him, though. I mean, that's a nice shirt, over there. :-)
I'll take a picture of Cain, Alvin, Hugo and I altogether in one photo in our next stop.

We're going around, counter clock wise, so our next stop is Linos where Hugo will be. We'll also get to see a few nymphs there. :-D I think Alvin and Cain wants to see them? I'm pretty excited myself since it's been a while since I last saw a nymph.

Apollo with ole' Vinny

I'm in Apollo with Ole Vinny. He just tagged along for the sake of tagging along. Honestly though, I don't know why he did.

So we've arrived at the capital country, Philammon. It's a long ride home (to Parthenos), so I called up Alfie for shelter and he's a nice chap so I figured he'd say yes. And that he did. Of course, he's somewhere in the northeast of where we were, so it took quite the while to fetch us... And quite the while to get to his place.

(and i had this nagging feeling i was getting father and farther away from Parthenos).
And he said ^ was right.

I introduced Alfie to Alvin and all that, and he has a big family who are all kind of musically-inclined, so we had a nice welcoming committee. They were excited to see a Milky Wayer (?!). And they pretty much drowned Vin with questions. I ate while all this was happening.
